Joe Fabiano – CEO
Joe Fabiano is co-founder and CEO of eMediaTRADE.
Fabiano has been a visionary entrepreneur and leader in the media industry for over 20 years. He originally co-founded LJ Development, Inc./Starnet Development, a provider of traffic and billing software and digital ad insertion systems. Fabiano has also held positions of VP of Operations for the Phoenix office of Cox Communications and National Service Manager for Texscan. In each of these roles he created and implemented automation tools for the cable advertising sales process.
Fabiano continues to serve as CIO for Pathfire, the media delivery technology company that originally developed eMediaTRADE’s MXD product. He is a well-known industry expert with rare insight for developing strategic business solutions.

Hal Winslow –
Hal Winslow is uniquely suited to manage the daily operations of eMediaTRADE.
Hal has nearly three decades experience in video and advertising including traffic and billing software, insertion hardware and emergency alert system installation and IT. As Manager of Application Systems for Advertising Sales at Cox Media, Hal was responsible for the deployment and maintenance of the company’s traffic and billing software systems. At Pathfire, Hal served as a Project Manager in the areas of satellite spot distribution, spot cable interconnect billing and electronic invoice delivery. He began his career in advertising by deploying and supporting traffic and billing software at Starnet Development.
